We got a good deal on our new mower. The staff helped us find what we needed. Great products and a wide selection. A good place to buy lawn equipment. The hold up to the warrantees on equipment as well! Trust me I know.

Great service and products love my new mower

I'll start with this; the people are friendly. That's it. A co-worker recommended them to me as I needed a riding mower, nothing crazy as my property isn't too big. I filled out an information form asking about what they had and said I'd need financing. I checked to be contacted back via email, and instead received two phone calls I couldn't answer at work. I went in to check out the mower and it was underwhelming, and not the job so I applied for financing. They said there's a 150 fee that gets divided into your payments, that's fine. It wasn't a large amount I was financing. No mention of a credit card anywhere. For some reason I got denied so I tried with a co-applicant and still got denied. That's fine, not their fault at all, even though it didn't make sense to be denied for that amount. Now the next day here I am with an email from a bank I've never heard of saying I have a Cub Cadet credit card account with a credit limit WAY above the amount I applied for. No one ever said it was an actual card, I'd never agree to such a high limit, and I was DENIED. I've spent the last hour and a half trying to actually speak to someone to close the card, which along with the application, closing it so quickly will also hurt my credit, and I still don't have a mower. This was such a huge waste of time, and I really wanted to support local business. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff and fairly knowledgeable is about the only good thing I can say. I've had service done in the past for weedeater, rototiller, and mower which has taken 2-3 weeks. This last service has put me over the limit. They have had my mower 5 weeks now and they still do not have it fixed.
