I love the environment at FBBC!!! As a soon as I started working out, I felt wonderful. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The coaches are encouraging and helpful. The workouts are hard but doable. I leave every day feeling like i have accomplished a lot. I would highly recommend FBBC to anyone who wants to get in shape in a fun, supportive environment!

I joined the 8 week challenge and have loved it! I have not worked out in years and was so thankful for a friend sharing her excitement about the gym with me and encouraging me along the way. Coach John is awesome and pushes you to do better. The challenge is over this week but I plan on joining next week! I am looking forward to being a healthier me!

The coaches are very positive and motivating. I was very skeptical that a class lasting less than 30 minutes would make a difference, but I have been very impressed with my results so far. I have put on on weight over the last few years and have some back issues, but I don't feel uncomfortable in this class at all. The coaches push you, but they also understand that not everyone is in perfect physical health and are able to work with you to find alternative workouts to help with your goals.
