So my tv packed in 1week ago, I looked online for repair shops and read loads of reviews but this company stood out the most and had the best rating. I now know why. This is a family owned business for 40years which says it all. Very professional and great value for money. Roy was brilliant told me on time the cost of repair and time it will take. Fixed on time. Exceptional service. I contacted them about faulty pictures on 2 TVs. Telecare were helpful and prompt. When they came around the fault had corrected. He was very understanding and did not charge me. Thank you.

Phoned Roy up @ 11:30 on a Saturday as over the past 3 weeks 2 of my TV's Ariel's had broken. Although the shop closes at 12 noon Roy was happen to stay open until I got there. Picked both TV's up the following Monday afternoon and working perfectly well. Excellent service!
