I contacted these guys to help with identifying a family bequeathment and they were very helpful, especially considering how little information i provided.
Our daughter is an aspiring young violinist and we are proud that she is now ready for a more professional instrument. After much deliberation of where to shop we wanted to ensure we had professional advice to obtain the right violin. We emailed Moseley Violins who very kindly set up their practice room in readiness for us. The shop staff were ultra helpful and on arrival had already put out a selection of several beautiful instruments and bows for our daughter to sample. We had the morning with the shops fantastic professional lady violinist who was simply inspirational. After bringing the choice down to two favourites from the wonderful selection on offer we left for lunch to return in the afternoon for a final testing and decision. Everything about Moseley Violins delighted us because the experience was so enjoyable and without any pressure. Moseley Violins professional advisors clearly excell at making sure the right instrument is 'absolutely right' for the musician, and as a family of musicians we were left in no doubt we had made the right choice visiting. Really super experience from the moment we walked inside, professional advice, unhurried and caring approach by the professional violinist that helped our daughter Polite and friendly staff on shop floor. It is so true that you only get what you pay for and from our experience if you want quality and service you will not be disappointed with Moseley Violins.
