So I had a bike that I wanted to fix with the parts (two brakes with the lines, a tire, and more) to fix it. I called ahead of time and told them about it and they told me to come. I did and they were too busy for me, so I had to leave the bike with the parts. They call me days after to tell me that they wouldn't want to fix that bike. That I should just buy a new one. I told them to please hold on to my parts but they could do whatever they wanted with the bike. Fast forward to today, maybe month later, and I come to the shop and ask if they have my parts, and the guy causally said, no we don't anymore. He didn't even try to look for them. I say to him that they were a lot of parts, and he replied "well if you left them here for a couple of weeks or more we probably used them" as if leaving them have them the right to use my parts. At that point I thanked him and left. To think I actually came in with the intention of buying. Apparently they don't know that they shouldn't use other people's parts no matter how long they left them there. The reason I left the parts there for so long is because they didn't help me when I came in person, and also they took too long to call me back to let me know the bike was no good. This is horrible customer service in my opinion. This is the first bad review I've ever given. I don't recommend this place at all for these reasons. The only reason they get a 2 instead of 1 is because I do recognize I left the parts there for too long, but that doesn't give them the right to use them.

Wow what an awesome bike shop!! They have so much to offer and serviced two of my bikes so fast. I always inspect my bikes when I get them serviced at a new place and these guys are very professional in the quality of service as use state of the art tools. I definitely found my new bike spot. Lots of cool accessories I liked and the guys that work there are really cool too . Glad I can support a local business that has a such high standard of work. Highly recommend , hope this review helps.
I got nothing but positive things to say about this bike shop. Chill atmosphere, competitive prices (even when you compared online), owners are very honest and helpful and you're usually out the door with your repaired bike within minutes or the same day. I highly recommend this small business.

In Miami Shores close to the 9/11 memorial park - it’s great to have a nice bike shop that can repair a bike tire quickly due to the fact that this city is not bike friendly and my tire was full of broken glass. Thanks so much and I hope you take care of predators in the park. Great bike shop - Now can we repair the terror of a city that is not bike friendly?
Went in not knowing what to expect but I found exactly what I was looking for, a squeeky horn. I chose the little blue whale. A very nice guy with a bow tie helped me. I inquired about something else I wanted that I didn't see. They didn't have it but offered to order more and to install it on my bike when I come in next week. This is the little bit of extra service I was hoping to find at a neighborhood establishment! I'm glad Target didn't have what I ended buying here!
Wonderful shop, the only one I will take my bike to. Terrific staff, service and work!
