Don't recommend. A technician from Bigelow Oil & Energy has come to our unit twice, but haven't been able to fix our system. The initial problem was that the system couldn't heat the unit enough (only to 60 degrees). After they left the first time, we had no heat. After they left the second time, they fixed what they broke the first time. They have still been unable to address the first issue.

When I was having trouble keeping up with my invoices... they worked with me.. to make sure I always had oil, in spite of a large unpaid balance. This was very thoughtful of them. Wonderful company I have been with them for years and will not consider changing to another. The customer service is fast efficient and courteous. The service department is skillful and gets to the root cause of issues to solve them rapidly and the service calls are reasonable considering other companies. They are wonderful at getting my equipment ready for the heating or cooling season so that my tenants are guaranteed a comfortable home temperature no matter the weather.
