My cat passed away while in their care, and the message we received while away was unfeeling, and gave us no information as to where she was. She did not spend the whole time we had paid to have her there, and there was no mention of a refund (which would have gone towards her cremation) My cat carrier came back smelling of urine, and I found the cattery to be very cold and isolated. I would not recommend the use of this cattery, and would highly recommend finding someone else who has more care, attention and compassion towards animals.

Very easy to communicate with.. My cats have been going there for a few years now. Good value for money. My two go in the same compartment which is a very good size. The out building where the cats are kept is clean, new and purpose built.
We'd never used a cattery before and needed to house our two cats for seven weeks due to renovation works in our home. Didn't know what to expect, however David was very accommodating, took great care of our furry mates - they were safe and happy when they returned home. Thanks!
Needed to board my 2 cats for a couple of days at very short notice. The owner was very kind and helpful. I was happy leaving my cats in capable caring hands. Would use this cattery again.
First class cattery. Have used on several occasions with no problems at all. Happy cats all round :-)
