A beautiful place with an outstanding view of the city of Bern from the balcony. There is a wonderful fountain here at the square outside the Parliament Building. The structure of Parliament Building is iconic of the entire city's structure. Bern, on its own, is a university city majorly, so you will find a huge crowd of students near the balconies and the square. On the other side of the balcony and fountain is a lane full of flea market kind of store, amazing restaurants and iconic roads of Bern.

Beautiful scenery, great views of the city. Inside everything is rather slow and inefficient however..
The building is very majestic, and here is the seat of the Swiss Parliament. From the square behind the parliament there is a nice view of the river.
