Will never use again. Ordered product via eBay and they claim it was delivered via Royal Mail. It was not. I asked for a replacement or refund which they refused so had to open case with eBay. Proper cowboys. Will never use again. It seems like they have done this to a few customers after reading the reviews. Must be desperate to con a customer over a 3.99 product and still claim honest service and delivery. Stay away from them.

I've had a few tools from this company (Us Pro) all the deliverys have been early or bang on time and the tools have been spot on I do work the tools hard and was worried they would stand up but after 6 months there still going good prices too
