The session was made really fun by Ben teaching me new exercises which i would never have had the confidence to do on my own. After only a few sessions my fitness level had improved. I would definitely recommend him to a friend! Thanks Ben!

I was very out of shape when I started training with Ben and that s all changed now thanks to him. He is highly dedicated and motivational, I really enjoy the individually tailored workouts which are different every time and never boring . He is very flexible with his hours which is a must for me as I have a hectic schedule . I was also impressed with how knowledgeable he is not only about fitness and exercise but also about diets and healthy lifestyle which he has also advised me on so thats a bonus ! Super duper trainer, thats how I can sum him up and I would thoroughly recommend him

Very enjoyable session, personalised to my needs and preferences. I also attend his Boot Camp which runs every monday at the Park Inn Hotel Telford 6-7pm and i love it! Ben often mixes the boot camps up so i never get bored and he really gets us to work! He is not intimidating or scarey, which is what most of us are afraid of at a boot camp! I have tried many different exercise classes around Telford and Ben's boot camp is by far the best! :) Thanks Ben

Ben has helped me lose 2 stone over this past year and i am now maintaining a healthy weight and havent put any back on! (this is unusual for me as i usually yoyo up and down), but with Ben's help i have managed to lose the weight i wanted to lose at a steady pace which i have noticed really helps with me not yoyoing back to weigh more than when i started. He always makes the sessions fun and the time flys by. He is a hard taskmaster and always pushes me to my maximum, and now im fitter than i have ever been! Thanks Ben see you next week mate
