Cannot say enough nice things about the employees that work here. They are friendly, helpful, and truly care about the park and it's upkeep. Recently, this summer quite a few improvement projects were done throughout the park. A good majority of the trees were trimmed that were overgrown and the end results were fantastic. Thank you for the hard work!

Everyone was very nice in the office, the office paperwork was as quick as paperwork can be. The kids and I have very much enjoyed living here and still are. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is pretty friendly. I haven’t had any issues really that were big or not fairly quickly taken care of. The park, walking path, picnic tables w/grills and the convenience of the pool is very nice. So is having a storm shelter. The only thing that would be better is if they had a splash park. it is a very nice place to live and we are all very happy in our home.
The walking trails, playground and swimming pools. Now that Joelle is the manger she is cleaning up from previous management that allowed things to happen to this place people have called home for yrs. Management is out on the property even during a pandemic. To insure things are running smoothly.
Quiet, great place to live, everybody minds their business. May take a little longer to get thing fixed but at least it gets done
