I ordered food online through there own website. Food ordered 22.40 eta 23.53. No food arrived i got a email at 00.30 saying my order was cancelled after the shop had shut. Why didn't the shop ring me or anyone ring me to inform me of the cancellation earlier. I could of made other arrangements for food, food service that would deliver or told me food is or isnt available. I wont be using this outlet again poor customer service.

It's such a shame this place used to sell the best burgers in the city. Fresh ingredients and always felt made with care but now its obvious they don't care, the last meal we had was burned and was the furthest thing from fresh. It's a shame because many (myself included) would sing their praises all the time. So you would think they would fix the issues after seeing these reviews but obviously they won't care until they are forced to close.

I absolutely loved the food and service, awesome location to my home. The workers are always kind. Will come visit again.
I would only recommend the beef burgers. Also told them to cut the burgers in half which takes a few seconds but they seemed reluctant to do so on the phone and after agreeing they still didn't upon picking up my order
