Andrew Tsai is the best! He was very professional, friendly, transparent and polite. Don't know the name of the individual who greeted me when I pulled my car in for servicing but he was also just as kind and welcoming. Overall a solid service team. Got me in and out quickly. The lounge/waiting area is nice too and I could get some work done with waiting.

I took my car in for routine service and was greeted by Rob Harley who treated me like we were good friends. He performed the walk around inspection and was very clear in letting me know what he found. He also communicated what would be completed in the inspection and the cost. I knew I was leaving my car in good hands. Rob also called me with the results of what was needed in a timely fashion. I was surprised how fast they were. Turned out my rear breaks needed some work. Rob was great explaining what they would do and the extra cost. When I went to pick up the car there was a short wait. Andrew Tsai from the Express Service saw me and came in and asked if he could help me. His check out and explanation of what was completed was efficient and clear. I really had the best experience one can have with car service with Rob and Andrew. The bill was large because of what I needed done but the service was well worth it! I will definitely be back and when it is time for a new car, they will get my business. Thank you Rob and Andrew!!

Pros: Friendly staff, clean waiting area, free oil changes, complimentary drinks/snacks, average wait time for service, conscious of pandemic and has made good accommodations. Cons: Too many rushed jobs. I brought my STI here which has the EJ257 engine at 4.5 quarts of oil. The engine was filled with the FA20 spec 5.4 quarts of oil -- so a quart over. Just took my Crosstrek in for service and was quoted 39 for a cabin air filter change. I decided to install it myself and went to the parts department. I was told it would be 47 dollars for the filter even though the catalog has it listed at 16. How is it possible that parts and labor is cheaper than just the part? My rear wiper blade was replaced and they didn't snap the cap down. I mean, come on, it is 5 seconds of extra work. When I bought my 2016 Crosstrek the salesman Jack Post did a bait and switch on the paperwork. After negotiating a lower price, one of the incentives was removed, and I caught it! He said it was a mistake and added it back. Really? Pro tip: ask for the dealer invoice (what the dealer paid for the vehicle) and how long it has been on the lot. Subaru gets 3 months to move a vehicle before they start losing money on it. Use it as negotiation leverage.
