Communication was good. Unfortunately the bed I ordered was no longer available but the company did everything to help and a hassle free and very quick refund. No complaints and would recommend.
Made me carry my own bed upstairs,,,a double,,,helpfull wen paid,,,attitude problem when delivered,and used covid as a excuse,,,because delivery forgotten,,,we all hav problems,,but so far this company after spending 700 was the worst customer experience I HAVE EVER HAD,,,
