Haven’t even been to this location yet, but tryin to get in for blood work and have called for over a week to ask one simple question. DONT BOTHER TRYING TO CALL THEM THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. NO POINT IN HAVING A PHONE NUMBER ATTACHED IF YOUR NOT GOING TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I’m new to this area and well I miss my old lab at least they answer the phone

Worst customer service. Staff member was rude. Our doctor’s office had sent them the lab order as fax and received confirmation that it was received but it was still not updated in their system. We had to go 3 times and were denied service each time.

After waiting 30 minutes to get my test, I was told they didn't have the supplies needed to draw my blood for the particular test I need. She did say if I came back at 7am the next morning they could do the test. It just happened to be closing time when I was told all this. She said they hadn't received their supplies. Were they going to magically have them at 7am the next day? I will never make the mistake of going back to this Quest.

Bedford, TX location. Forced to touch check-in kiosk -1 star. No receptionist -1 star. No paper work provided after visit is complete -1 star. No response to messages when attempting to contact a Quest representative through MyQuest portal. -1 star. And here is the big one: LAB RESULTS ARE NOT LOGGED INTO SYSTEM/ARE NOT DELIVERED TO PHYSICIAN! -2 stars.
