Upon arrival very warm welcome! Staff really friendly and helpful. They relaxed me to the fullest. Their was a bit of a mix up with a miss understanding and cross wires of the type of massage and price I required and what they were doing. But, apart from that, I eventually figured out what was what and I would definately go again and highly recommend!

My wife uses them regularly to get her eyebrows done. She always says that she gets a warm welcome whenever she visits and that they also provide her with great service. On a couple of occasions I have waited for her in the waiting area in the shop, and I can vouch for what she says about the polite and courteous nature of the staff there. Also offers off-road parking directly outside the shop as and when there is a space available. Based on both of our experience there, Beautiful Feeling is certainly worthy of a five star rating.

Friendly attentive staff that looked after us well. I had an aromatherapy back massage and my cousin had a deep tissue back massage. Honestly the best I've ever had and one of the best she's ever had. Left us feeling really relaxed for the rest of our trip. Would definately consider travelling up from birmingham again for more treatments. Thank you ladies!
