Excellent customer service! This was my first visit to BC Dental and I was very impressed. I was so well looked after during the booking process and my appointment. All the staff I had an interaction with were so friendly and highly professional. The reason for my visit was completely resolved and it was all quick and painless. I’ve already recommended BC Dental to my parents who live around the corner.
All the staff at BC Dental are so friendly and welcoming. I had a clean with Christine who was very thorough, informative and took the time to explain thing to me. I left with my teeth feeling amazing and a few tips for home care. I have also seen Dr Val previously who is just excellent and made me feel at ease. No doubt every visit I always feel welcomed, relaxed and know I’m in the best hands here. Recommend to all family and friends!

I have visited bc dental for the first time for a clean with dr Josie and I was extremely impressed with the customer service and professionalism, I had the best clean ever. After my good experience I decided to take my 3 years old for a check up with dr Sarah and informed them over the phone that my daughter is petrified of dentist and refused to let other doctors in other clinics check her teeth. Dr Sarah met us at the reception and took her time with introducing herself to my daughter as well as talking her through all the process and it was a success. I am really beyond impressed with the team at bc dental and would recommend them to everyone I know.
BC Dental are the best dentists in Bayside if not Victoria. The staff are knowledgeable and very professional. Their customer service is of the highest quality and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
It took my friend a long time to convince to start coming to BC because it's so far from where I live. But they're highly competent, very thorough, and so friendly and nice. I've been making the 1-hour drive (one-way) for more than a year now and will continue doing so. They really are that good.
I have had nothing but the best from BC Dental. From the moment you walk in you feel part of their little family. Hisham, Hayley and all of the girls go above and beyond (especially in these harder times we are having.) Going to the dentist really isn’t that bad when you have these guys.
