Neat, small, efficient.. no loudspeakers though to call passengers, stewardesses had to shout to announce (this is an update for our trip early in the year).. may have improved nowadays

Pretty small airport, catering for both international and domestic market. Seems new as it might have fone through some renovations. No ready to eat outlets, restaurants as yet but just some chocolate shop, tidbits or souvenir shops. Currently, I do see only AirAsia and Malindo Airlines, in the airport. Hope it'll turn out to be a busy airport with so many attractions in Malacca like Stadhuy, St Paul's Hill, A Formosa, Christ Church, Jonker Street etc...

Flying microlight @ melaka airport, can contact kelab penerbangan 4b to arrange book flight, fares, rm100 for local area, rm150 to pantai klebang, very wonderful experience

Quiet little airport with only two flights a day but my experience was smooth and efficient. Baggage check was quick, ticketing counter had two windows open and boarding was smooth as well. Airport is very clean. There were a few stores and restaurants on site but I didn’t try any of those. Happy travels... I hope this review helps with your travel adventures when in Malaysia!
