They call it international airport but noone speaks English. It's just impossible. There is no guarantee that a flight will be executed. In our case we got locked for 3 days because of delays. This place needs a huge improvement to be able to operate internationally!!!

Flight cancelled due to weather? It was nothing more than cloudy. No one speaks English at this \international\ airport. We missed our connecting flight for our Christmas vacation. Absolutely terrible experience. They don't even deserve 1 star.
This has to be the worst airport I have ever been at. Everything is outdated. Staff is rude. Service is unprofessional. There’s always a delay with everything. This place should NOT be operational. Avoid.
not bad airport,clean waiting area,nice designed entrance hall,friendly security staff,however,if they will have to serve more than 100 pax per flight-their procedures have to be changed dramatically.And finally they have free and working wifi at departure,but still no little cafe or even coffeemat in the departure-area...this wouldnt be such a big act,would it!?!!
The worst experience ever!!!! How come they never bother to notify the customer of flight cancellation. Had long way back to Canada and my entire trip has been screwed just because they are too lazy to let you know that there is not enough passengers and thus no flight to Kiev. And when you try to call them they would just hung on you. Stay away from this “service”

It's really good to have a new flight between Kiyv and Chernivtsi... But this airport need real new infrastructure !
