Myself and my boyfriend are so lucky we bought our car from M & A Automotive. We got our beautiful Ford Focus EcoBoost from Mark and Jazz. Jazz was so helpful showing us the car and helping us decide, he was very professional and patient, offered us tea and coffee and looked after us whilst deciding. We bought the car in our first visit. After taking the car on the motorway it started shaking a little. So we took it to a mechanics and he got back to us with a long list of scary problems and a very expensive quote for fixing them. We were heartbroken and scared. We called Mark and he immediately put our mind at peace. He couldn't have been more helpful. He explained the tactics some mechanics use to earn more money. He offered to fix any problems, minor or major, for free on the same day. We happily took the car back and knew that we are in safe hands. Mark and his team fixed the car for us and now we have it back and couldn't have been happier with the experience. All it needed was balancing the wheels and some services. To be fair we bought the car on a Sunday, their garage was closed and so they couldn't have checked it before we drove off. What car doesn't need a bit of touch up once in a while. Mark is a genuine person, he has a kind heart and is very trustworthy. He also gave us lifts to and from the train station when our car was being fixed. They have a very lovely team of family and friends working there together. It's a very nice atmosphere. They have smiles on when working and treat you with warmth and respect. I very strongly recommend this garage and the cars they sell.

Great car buying experience! We saw a VW Golf online that looked clean and well priced, Mark said we could come and have a look at the car whenever suited us. He even let me bring my VW diagnostic kit to check the car for faults. There was no pressure selling, Mark was friendly and easy going, even telling us about the one minor issue with the cars parking sensors (which has since been fixed with a 6 part). After everything checked out and we had a test drive, my dad completed the purchase and paperwork which was a very efficient process, and he drove the car home after sorting insurance etc. M&A automotive definitely provided the best service I've experienced buying a used car!

5 star rating for M & A Automotive. Contacted Mark about Golf R for sale and new owner a week later. Nothing too much hassle, car MOT'd prior to sale and even pointed me in direction of AIC Transport to have car trailered down to North Wales given current lockdowns and restrictions. First class service from start to finish and car looked superb even after a 250 mile trip South. Cheers Grant

I bought my first car from M&A Automotive! The guys there are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful! Great car choices, very reasonable prices and superb customer service! My car also came with a one year warranty service at some additional costs which are much more reasonable than any other car dealership I have visited. What I really liked about my experience with M&A Automotive is their continuous connection with their client even after the sale has been finalised, they are always happily ready to assist with any minor issues and accommodate your requests at any time!
