Awesome pest control service. Bob, the owner took his time to explain all the different pests, points of entry, products and methods. He even talked me out of overpaying for service that I didn't really need. Very trustworthy guy. He took his time to inspect and treat my home and even recommended natural methods and exterior materials to ward off pests. I highly recommend this company.

When I first starting using Bates I had 2 large dogs who brought ticks into the home. I didn’t think we would ever get rid of them but Bates was able and at a very decent price. The professionalism started with their customer service reps. I could feel the smiles over the phone. A Pest Control person named Manny was sent to my house the very same day. Manny was wonderful he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did the service for me that day and explained every treatment he would be doing.
