It is how a hostel managed by a university should be: clean with just the essential amenities. The beds do not sag though I slept better when I asked for another set of pillows. The air conditioner looked pretty well maintained too. Despite on-the-job trainees doing most housekeeping work, the rooms and beddings were always well kept. The hot shower was not strong but was enough to fill the provided pail. The place is quiet and accessible to 24-hour convenience stores too. I could stay here again.

Affordable and near paoay, 7/11, and infinitea. Shower curtains are just a bit shorter than how it's supposed to be
Good native food... Hospitable and kind staff... Makes you feel at home.
The aircon was too small about 0.5HP with lowest temp at 18 not enough to make the room comfortable to stay. Yeah, this is hostel.
