Shame! Avoid, avoid avoid! I visited the store and got 4 top end tires along with a 4-wheel alignment. I had to replace all tires way before their expected life-cycle due to the poor alignment that Formula One Basingstoke performed.

Awful, avoid at ALL costs. Sent car in with an issue with engine, got told it was a misfire which they apparently fixed. Was charged 300, as I drove away from the garage the engine light came back on and car started smoking. Called up garage, took car back in to be told the head gasket had gone. 1500-1800 quote to repair, and a number for a scrap yard given as their only resolution. Out of pocket by 300 as the car was not thoroughly checked, and completely ruined my plans for half term with my 1 year old. What makes it worse is the dreadful customer service from Richard Card, regional manager - hung up on me multiple times, shouted at me saying it was my word against his, and awful customer service as a whole. Jack, Operations manager - pleasant at first, but looking for any excuse to not refund me my money. Both managers asking me to take out new spark plugs and return them for me to get a small partial refund, like I’m a mechanic and know how to remove spark plugs. Really? One of the mechanics said he found gloopy oil in my cylinder but did not think to check for a head gasket issue even though that’s one of the main symptoms. Lazy and quick to take your money, and have no care for any issues you face afterwards due to their incompetence. Did not thoroughly check my car and left me and my one year old unsafe. DO NOT TRUST THIS GARAGE. I told them I would be writing a review, and they instantly said they will write a response saying they tried to resolve issue blah blah blah so please do not read their response as it will be a-load of lies and excuses. I wouldn’t waste my time writing a review like this unless I felt completely ripped off and out of pocket. Do not wish the same to happen to any one else. Had to take out a rental car, and even the woman who served me said she used this garage and they forgot to put back on wheel nuts on the car and as she drove away the wheel fell off!!!!!!!!! Please please avoid. Highly priced and ruin your car even more...

Went in for tyre and ended up doing breaks and discs. They are really onto of their jobs always informing me of what was happening. Very polite as well.

Ordered my own brake disks and brake pads, called for a quote l, booked in for the next day. Took the car in morning and completed with no issues. Good service and good prices.
