I was really worried about this spring as I had flooding last year and wasn't able to get anything fixed before winter rolled in. I was really excited to learn about the internal options, had them put in the Waterguard system. Really happy with it, not terrified for spring thaw anymore. Alex came out and was a great point man for the project. Would definitely recommend them.
We have had Basement Systems Edmonton complete crack repair in our basement in 2015. Now in 2020 have had WaterGuard installed with the Clean space wall system and the Ultra sump with battery back up. Excellent job done by Basement Systems! The crew that did the installation was fantastic. A great job done by Brock's team. Sump works great and hopefully our water issues are a thing of the past!
Brock works really hard to make sure the job is done right the first time. Clearly they have many years in this line of work and with providing memorable customer service. Easy to communicate with and incredibly personable. I'd refer them to family, friends, and be happy to work with this business again. Reasonable pricing, and quality work.
