Up until this Sunday I had no complaints about the Metrodome in Barnsley. Specially as I am a member have been for a while - yet when turn up with the family for Sunday CARVERY they turned us away - didn’t even bother to see if There was a table . As I only have rare Sundays when family gets together and well it’s disappointing that the staff don’t recognise members when they see one or at least ask - are you one - wait half an hour have a drink at least until we find you a table . No just turned us away . Don’t get me wrong we found else where , also we live locally so it’s important that we eat locally too . Cecilia M King

The foods really good, however they are majorly understaffed I had to wait ages to be served as there was no one at the bar at all. Ironically when I went to the toilet, staff cleared away my lunch and drink even though I wasn't finished. I mentioned this as I ordered another drink (which I had to wait for staff again for) they apologised for taking it away but didn't offer me anything even though they just threw my lunch out half eaten!
