**** BUYER BEWARE OF BOX SPORT BARCELONA **** We purchased an Audi S5 2011 for 32,250 from Ignacio from Box Sports in April. The car was half wrapped (See Picture 1), we were promised and reassured by Ignacio that there would be no damage under, and it’d be absolutely perfect. We made an agreement verbally and in contract with Box Sport that any damage under the wrap would be fixed, no matter the cost (and they’d let us know the best place to take the car to be fixed in Valencia - Where we live) Once the car was paid for in full, no finance, we took the car back to Valencia. After 6 days of pressuring Ignacio to give us a car wrap removal location, he finally provided us with the one of his choice. We immediately took the car to the garage they mentioned to service it and remove the wrap. When we left the car with Villo Wrap which they advised us to visit, we received a quote for over 1100 which Box Sport said they’d not pay for the damage with the glue they originally used for the wrap. Now Box Sport has offered to pay 100 for the damage, which has cost me over 1000. Damage includes: Industry glue (Not meant to be used for cars) (Picture 2) Front Bumper is snapped in half and hidden by a wrap (Picture 3) Petrol tank is a replacement (and a different colour!) Trato excelente y servicio como nunca he visto. He esperado a que pasara el año de garantía para poder valorar toda la experiencia. Desde el primer día Jordi Novell ha sido atento, ágil y profesional, y cuando surgió un pequeño incidente se resolvió con el concesionario oficial en un tiempo récord y con una FACILIDAD INCREÍBLE. Quiero destacar esta parte porque incluso en la marca oficial cuando surge algo todo se vuelve farragoso y lento, en Boxsport esto no ocurre. Sencillamente PERFECTO, sin duda el siguiente coche lo volveremos a comprar allí. Para todos los apasionados del motor que estéis buscando calidad y compromiso, no os lo penséis y pasar por este magnífico concesionario de Barcelona.

Preguntamos antes de ir si tenian un coche en concreto, nos dijeron que si. Al llegar nos dicen que no, que ya estaba vendido. Teniendo en cuenta que veníamos desde Arenys de Mar nos han fastidiado bastante... 100km para nada.
