Problem was a blocked pipe not the washing machine as we thought. In fairness Richardson's didn't know that nor did I, they came in 24 hours sorted me out or pointed in right direction left me a pack of cleaning solution. I woul recommend Richardson's to anyone and will call on them if I need help again Thanks
