They saw lesions on my cervix at obgyn and told me I was fine and that they saw nothing. I went to another clinic a year later for an annual papsmear and it was there. And documented that this clinic saw it ... I'm praying nothing else is wrong. I do not recommend this clinic if u care about ur health. Also I paid a 25 dollar copay and they send me mail 6 months later saying that I owe a copay.

My 89 year old mother had an appointment December 4 at 10:30. When we arrived at second floor for the appointment, doors to offices locked as they were having a scheduled staff meeting. Patients complained that they were asked to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled. Then could not enter, the manager came to say this was a scheduled staff meeting. We informed the manager that our time is just as valuable as his and we expect the same respect for our time. I understand why people are reluctant to patronize this location.

Great Caring Doctors and nurses. I've been very lucky to have Dr. Shaw. Once she called me on a Sunday afternoon to discuss a test result. What Dr. do you know does that. I've never had any problems with her team.. The staff is far from ordinary. They work with you to get the best results possible. Same goes for the Administration.

As usual, I come in 20 minutes earlier than my appointment time to get checked in...which I did myself as the kiosk. Once done, I was given some I correct information on where to sit. 20 minutes later I was asked if I had been helped, my answer...no, but I was sent to the wring side. After waiting on the right side at which is now my scheduled appointment time, i waited another 30 minutes before being brought to the back. Once in a room, i waited over another hour before the doctor made his way into my room. This was the worst service I've ever received here. Unfortunately this isn't the 1st time I've had a lengthy wait, but this has been the worst. I will be looking for a new primary care provider in the morning.
