This company has done a HORRIBLE job of dealing with my daughter and son-in-laws modular purchase! They promised to have the home set and complete within three weeks of closing. (The home was on the lot at closing) However it has now been three months and it is still not completed. It was left sitting with the gable ends unfinished for over 5 weeks after the home was set up on the building site. Each week they gave another excuse and promise that they would \get to it soon\ Now we find out that the plumbing has been done incorrectly and they cannot get a certificate of occupancy to get moved in until the plumbing is properly repaired. The manager there (Chris) is full of excuses but does not seem to have the ability to actually get the job done properly or in a timely manner. If you are looking a company that sells a quality product, does a quality installation and takes care of their customer....GO ELSEWHERE!!!

We have had a great experience working with Bairds and Chris Beverly. Our house is great! The service we received from everyone has been above and beyond our expectations. With covid and everything going on causing delays and shortages of materials etc, that is out of anyone’s control.... I can’t say enough good things about our overall experience with everyone at Bairds! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!
