An hour and a half scheduled appointment inspection turned into 4 hours and made me miss a job opportunity I can’t get back. So many others who got here after me for the same service left well before me. It’s too bad the South Hills location moved even further south. Will be going elsewhere in the future, even if I have to pay extra for tire rotations or oil changes elsewhere.

My experience at Baierl Subaru was wonderful! Marty (Martin Mariani) was great. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful, answering all of my many questions, helping me find the best option for my needs, and checking in to make sure I was satisfied! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/lease a vehicle.

Ms. (Mrs?) Sheedy was pleasant to deal with and made the buying experience very easy. She and the staff at Baierl Subaru went the extra mile when I asked to take a look at the vehicle on the rack. They allowed me into the service area, had the vehicle up on the rack so I could inspect the underside of the vehicle. Being a 2012 in the rust belt, this was an important factor to me. I had some interesting issues with my trade in vehicle but Kara was ready to address these issues. The car was cleaned and had a fresh oil change when I picked it up the next day. Overall, a very positive experience from a dealer large enough that they didn't ha e to go the extra mile but did anyway. Much thanks, D.Berg

Even busy this Baierl Subaru exceeded our expectations. We went in for a recall on my 2019 Subaru Forester. Staff was friendly got us in quick. Fixed what they needed to fix in a very timely manor and we were in and out. Great service and a 100% nicer and friendly staff than the Cochran Subaru in Butler. Will continue to go to BAIERL SUBARU from now on. Thank you for being so KIND!!! ️
