I have always had a good experience with B&D Marine. I work on my own ski-doo machine, sometimes I need a part so I go here.

Piss Poor Service. Called at 11am and asked for 2 manuals to be burned onto a CD- was told no problem- be done by 3. Picked up our son at 12 and started the drive of 1.5 hours to Brewer. Called on the way to alter the year of the manual we needed and drop quantity to 1, were told he hadn't started yet so that was no problem. Showed up at 3:10 and he hadn't even started it yet. He was \busy\- we paid 30.00 for a freaking CD... Told him we would be right back after early dinner and he said he would take care of it. Showed up 1.5 hours later and it STILL WASN'T DONE. Women behind counter said she had nothing to do with it and was super rude. She called guy in shop and the 2 fought over who would do it. Finally got it done- were ignored for the 15 minutes we waited in the store by all 3 women working. Will never return to this place.
My name says it all my parents have been here for 30 something years trying to help you with your equipment trying to do our best thanks
This place has the worst service I have ever seen. I took my fourwheeler back (while it was still under warranty) because I had a problem with the drive belt/clutch. Assuming it would be covered, I semi-patiently waited the three weeks it took for them to fix it. They say they were \busy\ at the time (by the way three weeks is a very long time for a dealership to fix a fourwheeler. Someone I know took theirs to Bangor Motorsports and had it back within a week) so they hadn't had time to look at it. At the end of three weeks, I call to see if it had been fixed yet. \Oh yeah it's been fixed and we put in the new part for you. Did I mention it wasn't under warranty?\ That's basically a sum up of what happened. So, first off, I have to call THEM to find out when my fourwheeler is done being fixed? Secondly, any company that is going to service a fourwheeler should call and tell you that it isn't going to be covered by the warranty, and that it is going to cost over 100 to fix. That's right, over 100 to literally take a drive belt off and put a new one on. That literally takes about five minutes. I took it to a dealership to get it fixed because I assumed it was something more major than that, and it ended up costing me a decent amount of money for a job I could've done at home for around 40. Thanks Bad Deal Marine!
Stopped by a few weeks ago to get some parts for my Summit, Scott ordered the parts needed and they were ready to pick up in less then a week! Great service!
