Absolutely incredible, definitely my favorite mountain I skied while out in Innsbruck. Long open trails with stunning views from every point along the way it was unreal. Stopped for some lunch at one of the mid station cabins and enjoyed a great bratwurst. Stopped a little later for some espresso and just took in the views before finishing out my last runs. Family friendly mountain as well, has challenging trails and beginner terrain.

Lizum is full of stinky students BUT they are there for a reason-it has great slopes.

Such nice slopes and no wait for the lift.

This place is just perfect. Only a short ride with bus or car from Innsbruck, and plenty of mountains just waiting to be explored.

We had a great day at this mountain. Great for kids, but also challenging enough for advanced skiers. The only thing you could say is that it could be bigger, but we loved it. We also found the rental rates (28 Euros for a full setup) and lift ticket rates to be extremely reasonable. We will be back!

Great skiing and the facilities are nicely kept. The cafes are a nice refugee from the cold.

Very close to Innsbruck with some nice ski/snowboard runs. I was surprised with the Blue runs since they are a little more challenging than some other resorts. If your looking for a place to take it easier on the slopes you may try another area but for those looking for runs that throw a little more challenges your way, this place may fit your style.

Smaller ski resort. Known for hosting two Winter Olympics. Well prepped pistes. But not the best choice for beginners as most of the pistes are 'red' meaning medium difficulty. Easy 'blue' is very limited and only one is going too down.
