The slopes are nice to ski on, they take good care of the snow. The small belt lift kept stopping a lot which wasn't pleasant. They should have vegan food options in the restaurant, for now they only have rice and fries which are not a complete meal. Having an electric car charger would be a big plus. All in all it was good enough for what it is, if you're a highly skilled skier or snowboarder the slopes here might be a bit boring.

Lots of space for improvement in terms of process efficiency. The place is really beautiful and they really could step up their game. We went to the resort in the first days of the year and government had imposed a country wide curfew by 13:00. We got forfeit and equipment rental, it was quite, if not extremely expensive, considering that we were using the facilities only for half a day because of the curfew. The resort was totally un-considered with their customers supporting them during the difficult times of this Pandemic. Note: They charged us the full rate.

The best we have in Portugal (it's the only one). The problem 1 with Serra da Estrela is that it rarely snows, no more than 10-15 days per year. The problem 2 is that whenever it snows, the roads are immediately blocked for a few days so you can't really access the ski resort. So you have so be very lucky to get 2 days days of ski in a row.

Due to winter conditions this year, 2020 is not in good shape for Sky. Consider other activities. It's an excellent location to visit.

Perfect for beginners like myself. Very affordable just 20 a day for ski pass. Friendly helpful staff, had a great day

Have visited many times with my family for Skiing and Sledding always a good day out. Markets on the mountain are where to go to find the best varieties of regional cheese, bread and fare. Ski lessons available. If the snow is good it get s very busy on the weekends and Parking can get sparse. Ski lifts stop running before dusk.
