Had my 1 series BMW damage touched up. The communication from Stacey the Customer service Angel was amazing. The quality of the work done was amazing also. I was greeted by name, communication was friendly and concise. They even handed over a washed car, clean both inside and out. A well run and friendly business that values customers.

This place is a hidden gem. I visited here back in September as someone had hit my car overnight whilst it was parked and drove off. It didn't feel right claiming through my insurance so searched online for a repair shop that was good enough. I was recommended here by my garage and I'm so glad I listened to them. I was first ask to bring my car in for a visual inspection. Mark inspected my car in great detail and throughout told me what he was doing. He seemed so professional and knew what he was doing that I also asked him about previous damages I had and if he could repair them. He talked me through everything and said he would forward me and price break down. When the break down came through I was so shocked to see the price for all the work I enquired about and agreed to the works straight away. AX was so good they even took my car in whilst I was away saving me a headache of being without a car if back home. Whilst away Stacey who works on the front desk kept me informed of all the work going on and when the works were completed. When it came to collecting the car I was amazed at the fantastic work that had been done and just how good my car looked. I have no doubt that I will use these guys again and always recommend them to friends and family needing repairs to their car. Trust me try these guys out I highly recommend them not only for their work but their professional customer service and how helpful they truly are. Thanks AX and Stacey for your massive help.
