I've always used Avondale for any carpets I've needed over the years. This time was no exception. I needed a runner for my stairs but didn't want silly budget price. Anna Louise went above and beyond customer service to try and get me what I wanted (awkward colour) and she kept going bless her, until we hit bingo. I would have given up on me 6 sample books in, but no, they kept going till I was happy. Carpet fitters so polite, got the job done before Christmas. Love it. I know why I always use them. Try their service for yourself. You'll understand why I always go back. Great shop, great service.

Avonvale provided a brilliant service when we were looking for new carpet for three bedrooms and a landing, plus two stair runners with black whipped edges. They were really informative and helpful in the shop, giving us all the detail we needed and answering any questions we had (which were many!). The carpets we chose are the best quality for price we could find, having looked at a few other carpet companies too, and the guys who came to fit the carpets clearly cared about fitting them as well as possible. I would definitely recommend Avonvale to anyone, and will be using them again next time we need carpet!
