My boyfriend and I ordered two doors from this company to help fix up our house to put on the market. We were given a 5-6 week lead time before install. They came out, measured both doors and we paid the deposit of around 8,000. Then we scheduled our home sale and around that door timeframe. On the day of install they arrived with one door. There was confusion and they said they maybe the other door was late. They were not sure. But then their boss showed up and told us that he forgot to put in the order for the other door. Just simply forgot to order it. We were rightly upset and were promised they would make it right. Which they can't, we ordered the door for our home sale which was happing in days. We have no way of knowing how the lack of that door impacted our sale. And when it came to making it right all we were offered was a 200 discount. Not even close to acceptable. We spent 12,000 with them in total and sll they offered us was 200 off. Unbelievably bad customer service and an inability to take responsibility for an unacceptable mistake. Once it was finally installed, after we had moved out and out of the country, their installers left a mess of the trim and wall and that cost us 300 to have to hire someone to go and fix. I would avoid using this company at all costs.

We got bids from all the big guys (Anderson, Pella, et. al.) and decided on Marvin composite windows from AVI. We couldn't be more happy because the color works with the brick and they were able to do all the non-standard windows I have in my home. Plus, they were cheaper than Anderson or Pella.
