Moving my mother into Avenir Memory Care in Surprise was the best decision I could have made. The staff is incredible, they have a nurse 24/7 and the caregivers always seem to be well staffed. I absolutely love how all of the staff got to know my mom on a 1 on 1 basis and truly show how much they care for her. The food is amazing and they never charge for guest meals when I come to visit. If anyone is looking to place their loved one in a memory care community, than look no further because this is definitely the community they should be at.

My grandmother has been at Avenir for 14 months and she loves it. the staff are so helpful and caring. I had a minor issue early on and the management staff resolved it with no problem. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for memory care for their loved ones.

I love this community and everything they offer my dad. The activities are top notch and they definitely keep him engaged and entertained. My dad used to be a professional golfer and due to his Parkinson's Disease can no longer play. The activities team here setup the Nintendo Wii for my dad to play golf and I swear I have never seen him smile so big. He felt like he had his independence and freedom back. I will forever cherish these moments and the love the the staff provide for my dad.
The staff members are great. The nurses and other staff work amazingly with the residents and really seem to care for them. The nursing staff and care staff know all the residents names and know what they need at any given time. The facility is clean and organized. Highly recommend someone who is looking for a place for a loved one, to cosider this place.
