I brought my 2017 Nisan Rouge there with extension warranty. Since the sun roof control panel was dropped and need replace/repair for a total cost of 1100 . I was told by the girl at reception that the insurance request was sent to insurance company for approval about one month ago. But until today, nothing happen and I am still waiting. I am so regret to buy Nissan
