I can not fault the service I received from Simon. He replied quickly to my messages (on a Saturday) and attended to my car 2 days later. He came to my work and managed to fix all of the issues I was having with my car at an extremely reasonable price. He was very polite and explained everything to me clearly. Cannot praise this gentleman enough! A faulty headlamp connector caused mini fire in my CR-V causing damage to the headlamp loom and some neighbouring wires. Simon replaced the looms and checked everything in no time, also cleaned and tightened the other connector. After finishing this job I asked him if he could have a look at another problem with my car, he quickly found the issue and I'm going to book Simon again next week to have it done properly. Very polite, reliable and professional, this man clearly knows his job and only charged me a small fraction of what I was expecting to pay. THANK YOU, SIMON!
I needed a front & rear dashcam fitting. Called Simon who replied via text immediately. Short phone call later and in 48 hours the job was done. Simon was polite, friendly and efficient. He also pointed me in the right direction for a different motoring issue for which I was very grateful. Highly recommended.
