Can’t beat a meal with hand pulled noodles! The texture is amazing. Overall food had a good flavor and the restaurant has a clear glass wall to the kitchen to see them twisting and kneeling the dough for the noodles, very cool visual. Inside was clean and modern. I would’ve given a better rating but we were disappointed to find out that even though this place was close to our house, we had gone to the location at the Domain and we were looking for a the great soup dumplings we had had before, all to find out that this location doesn’t do soup dumplings!!! We were so disappointed. Also some of the chicken was a little dry. We’d also like to see some modification options to make dishes low carb. But overall great little spot for hand pulled noodles! Looking for soup dumplings, go to the Domain!

All the noodles are freshly made! You can actually see how they make them through a window, so I thought that was really unique. Flavors are unique and tasty, and they serve you big portions (at least in the ramen that we tried). One of the few places where it seems authentic, the service is also kind which seems to be a hidden gem here in Austin for some reason. 5/5 recommend
Delicious! Service fast and friendly. Great menu offering variety of options but not so many that it’s hard to chose. Can’t go wrong with anything ordered here. And, I love watching through the window as the noodles are handmade!
Absolutely delicious! I had Dan Dan noodles. Excellent handmade noodles, excellent flavor. The pickled vegetables really kick these up a notch and get those salivary glands pumpin. My girlfriend ordered the beef braised noodle soup which was also phenomenal. Great portions and staff is really nice. Cant wait to go back.
Friendly staff and the food is great. Try the Braised Beef noodle soup, which is so delicious. No complaints. Great place to take your family. This place is the best Chinese noodle restaurant I’ve had so far.
I feel as though we were a bit of a tough situation on the waitress because of our indecisiveness but her service was amazing the food was awesome and they had a simple but awesome wine choice. MOCHIIII! I wish their marinated eggs were better though, I feel like they boiled them a lil too long but oh well
I've ordered from Xian Noodle more than a few times in the past and I was always satisfied with the quality of the food and the portions given. I ordered tonight though door dash. Long story short, door dash couldn't find anyone to deliver my food. A woman from the restaurant called me and informed me they were still trying to get a driver. She called again shortly after and explained no one from door dash was coming to get my order. This woman drove my order to me herself! That's customer service! Xian Noodle deserves your business! I will eat at this restaurant for life.
