Ordered a vegan ramen that had meat in it. This is definitely not okay. However they did do their best to replace it and gave a free water bottle. And they were very sorry. 2 stars for this

Lovely food and staff. Very clean too.
It is a kind of franchise with lots of options but not a real japanese food. All kinds of frozen stuff. The main problem is the price, should be cheaper for the quality they serve. Can be a good option for workers arround that need to change places oftenly but never a place to discover any kind of gastronomy. Not interesting for spetial moments. Can be nice for groups.
Good sushi and really good service. Near the city centre, it's a quite place for having your lunch/dinner there or take away your food. They also deliver food, only to surrounding places....
