Nick arrived at my home and took extra steps to clean and deodorize my carpets and to spot treat areas of concern. He was patient, personable and professional. He also wore a mask and maintained proper social distance!! My carpet looks amazing.

I had very high expectations for them when they came to clean my hardwood floors. Needless to say i was pretty let down. They seemed to be cleaning efficiently and moving things around but after they were done (much faster than i expected) i wiped the floor with a paper towel to still find dirt and showed them. I also saw that my feet were still tracking dirt. When I told them they said it was probably just the water that wasnt dry yet but i still was picking up dirt in dry areas. they offered to clean with a generic floor cleaner although that didn’t help. At this point i gave up. it seemed they didnt care and this was evident when after they left i realized they left my bathtub filled with dirt and bugs (they had asked to use it, i said yes expecting theyd leave it clean) and had left puddles of water outside my door and hallway:( I will likely be contacting to try and get my money back because 300 is a lot for this quality of work and I was really hoping to get these floors fixed.
They came on the same day which I really appreciated. He did a good job and explained the various services. However, the overall price was about 25. more than was quoted during the booking. Given COVID, I didn't see the bill until he was gone.
I hired them to clean the grout of my tile floors. They quoted us and when they arrived told us that to get it clean they’d need to seal it and that more than doubled the cost. It didn’t seem like they were upfront with us, and if I had known it was going to end up being over 400 I would have invested that differently.
Technician arrived within timeframe given to me. He was friendly, courteous and professional. We had the carpet in our four bedrooms cleaned. He did an excellent job. They look almost brand new. We will definitely use Stanley Steamer next time we have our carpet cleaned, and we hope he will be our technician. Also, we highly recommend them and him.
