I cant even begin to describe my experience with Dr. Patel and his team in one short paragraph. From the beginning of the process to the end I was taken care of so well. Communication was always easy, the staff was friendly, and they made sure to accommodate my time since I was coming from out of town. Dr. Patel and Julie made sure I was comfortable in every aspect of the process. Dr. Patel and his staff truly put the patient FIRST. I was introduced to Dr. Patel's practice a while back after some very unfortunate dental work. I came into his office to have that repaired. The results were so impressive that I continued working with Dr. Patel to perform additional restorative and cosmetic dentistry that I had always been apprehensive about undertaking. I didn't want a smile that looked unnatural in any way, but looked as fabulous as I felt. It all worked out beautifully. Since then, I've returned to Dr. Patel's office for routine dentistry, cleaning, and a pleasant experience. His entire practice, the people who are on his team, all promote comfort and care. I met Kelly in Dallas for my first consultation and she was the easiest person to talk to and so encouraging about the entire process. Upon arriving at the Austin office, I was very nervous about the procedure, but everyone was so nice and inviting, that my anxiety soon passed. Dr. Patel was incredibly patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns, while assuring me that my veneers would come out just the way I wanted them. He is incredibly professional and detailed in his work and I am so thankful to him for my beautiful new smile. I came in with some old crown work and improperly aligned teeth, I was hoping for a brighter smile, well Dr. Patel not only made my smile bright and white, he also reconstructed my entire design masterfully well. He’s really an artist, and he has the sweetest supper staff around him, that makes you feel like family. I was so comfortable on my last visit that I fell asleep during the procedure. Dr. Patel also cares about your overall final happiness with your smile, he’ll fine tune it until you’re 100% happy with it. I cannot have a stronger recommendation!
