First review I’m ever writing for a restaurant, literally the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The portions were enough for 2 meals, the rice was perfectly cooked, chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked and I’d go again.

Blue Basil food truck came to our Neighborhood tonight and it was delicious! We had ChickenThai Curry, just enough spice and wonderful flavor. Egg rolls are the perfect crisp, just wished we had ordered more. ️ Kids had pad tai, loved the chicken and the pork.
Wow what a disappointment. The wife and I were excited to try this place. So many great reviews and for what? The Pad Thai isn’t really Pad Thai but overly sweet over boiled noodles. The Curry was edible but again nothing amazing. It’s not even made fresh to order seeing as we had to heat it up in the microwave right when we got home. We literally live 3 mins from where the food truck was parked so there’s no way it would of gotten cold that fast. I’ve driven home from Sip Saam Thai which is one of our favs and a 15 min drive to get home and have it still pipping hot. The only reason I gave it one star is because of the egg rolls. But even then those were nothing to brag about. I forgot to add stay away from the watered down “Thai milk tea”! Response to the owner: I’m sorry but there’s no way you’re making fresh Pad Thai is less that 6 mins. You should invest in microwaves if your going to want your pre-made food to stay hot. I’ve read other reviews and I apologize 99% is a stretch. We will stick with Sip and a few others thank you.
