My vehicle was towed from my apartment community for obstructing a motorized vehicle from exciting a parking space. I parked in front of a motorcycle (not mine) that has not moved in months. I discovered my vehicle was missing as I was walking out to get tested for COVID after being exposed, my sister in the hospital and coughing blood! And find out my vehicle was towed and it was going to cost a good 230! 230 I did not have, 230 I had to borrow, 230 I will not get back since I can’t work due to testing positive for COVID. All because my neighbor took it upon him self to use his motorcycle as a way to reserve a parking spot, the towing company decided times are really not that bad! The lady who took my money was polite. Oh and they damaged my brakes while towing my car as I had my emergency brakes on ... it’s truly devastating that towing companies are still running during times like this. The white car is not my vehicle.

Worst customer service ever! They are in the wrong and will not do anything to make it right. You should not be able to be in business. Y’all need to get your drivers off the road! Endangering people’s lives. Going around rear ending people and leaving them to pay the bills. I also have video of them dropping a truck while towing it. The driver, same one that rear ended me, was trying to run over whomever was in his way as well. When I called again today, a month and a half later to try to get their insurance info the dispatcher told me there is nothing that can be done to help and for me to do what I had to do to get the info I need.
This people brakes my heart, so rude with no reason just trying to make some money towing automobiles even from your own property! Super sad! They should have a better government regulations!!!!
Terrible customer service! They are like vultures & will find any reason to tow your vehicle. I've seen them taking pictures of cars (mine included) at my apartment complex. What for? I don't know but my car was towed 3x in less than 2 weeks. Almost 700 I've had to give these crooks! They stated my parking permit issued by my leasing office was \invalid\...all 3 times! That's BS. & When I asked to speak to the owners or \management\ regarding my car, I was told that I could leave a message but they probably wouldn't call me back. Lol Yeah, I bet. These people need to be shut down.
My car was towed from my apt. Complex even though I HAVE MY PERMIT!!! They didn’t even give me a paper explaining my payment. I paid 369!!!!!! I’m going to sue them. Trust me. They’re not fair AT ALL
