Called to see if they towed a Hyundai away and the guy was all like no and didn’t even look. What a waste of time. These guys need to learn how to look before running their mouth

This business does not have an active business license, but they are registered with the Dept. of Revenue under 5 other business names. Called to see about hauling a travel trailer out of our driveway as pictures of their ad showed trailers. A Slavic man answered the phone, told me he didn't take trailers. I asked if he knew anybody who did. He told me he'd make a call and call me back. He never did. Obviously this person knows nothing about American customer service. Based on the comments below, I would have to say that the positive posts got somebody other than this jerk. Base on the comments below, I would have to say that the negative posts are absolutely true. The only reason I pressed the button for one star is because I couldn't post without giving a rating. Do not expect anything from these people. Rudest customer service ever.
