Love my new Audi RS5!!! Went to test drive a couple of different cars last weekend. Our sales specialist, Phillip was great. He reached out beforehand and had the vehicles we were interested in ready to go. He took the time to answer all our questions. Felt no pressure to buy. Met the new GM, Craig, who was very personable. Finance manager, Brian, was very helpful with providing a great deal including a generous trade-in offer for my old vehicle. Their customer service was top notch, staying late when they needed to. The dealership was clean, inviting, and my wife loved their Starbucks coffee machine. Definitely worth the drive from Orlando!!!

I had my car serviced this week at Audi Melbourne for the first time. It was completed quickly with video feedback. The loaner provided was perfect and even though I was a couple minutes late to pick up the car the staff re-opened after hours to allow me to complete the transaction. The car had been washed and vacuumed and looked great.

Our experience at Audi of Melbourne could not have been better. From Tony working with us every step of the way to Saber processing all the necessary paperwork, it was seamless and comfortable with no wasted time. Everything was explained and demonstrated to our liking. The entire process was actually quite enjoyable. Not something you say often referring to an automobile dealership. 5 star operation. Kudos to Mr. Rowe and the team he has assembled! Highly recommended.

Bait and Switch; you decide. It's been several years since shopping for a vehicle but we thought we would give it a shot. We visited the dealership on this pass Sunday, it was almost closing time and we were with a salesman so we schedule an appointment to come back the next day for a test drive. We returned on Monday, the car had been washed and set aside. Our salesman was very nice and polite. We took the car for a test drive and both myself and my wife took turns driving. We liked the car so we sat down with our salesman ... you know the drill our salesman, then his manager. We went back and forth a few times before the manager asked what's it gonna take for you to stop shopping and drive this car home. We made an offer he made a counter offer and left us alone to discuss his offer. We accepted the out the door offer the second manager made. We were ready to sign the paperwork when the manager went to talk to his manager I assume, however when he returned the out the door offer we accepted had increased by 2K...we left, nothing has changed over the years working with dealerships!

Dealing with Tony Power at Audi of Melbourne is the most pleasant car buying experience I can imagine. And we’ve done it every 3 years for almost a decade. The facility is beautiful and Tony knows everything about the vehicles-no “I don’t knows” from him EVER. We don’t just purchase cars there, we have the feeling of a real relationship with Tony, as well as with Sherri from the service department, as they’ve been there for each and every car purchase. My father bought his Audi from Tony, and I’ve recommended him to friends. I have highly recommend him in the past and will continue to do so. He is the reason we keep coming back.
