Great place to buy a car if you want nobody to call you back, and you like to feel like you're being interrogated by the Russian mafia. The GM is a real hoot...won't even return phone calls or e-mails and doesn't care once they've pressured you into buying a car.

Probably one of the best experiences in car Buying that I have ever had. This dealership is part of the Herb Chambers large automotive consortium in Massachusetts. I’ve leased cars from them, I’ve purchased cars from them (one at Maserati and one at the Bentley dealership). I had shopped online for an Audi Q5 for a few months, and checked all the Automotive websites regularly. Last Saturday I noticed an excellent price on a prestige model for sale, 2020, I called for an appointment and drove the car. My sales person was simply outstanding. She welcomed me so warmly, made me feel completely at ease, made sure I was confident in the cars features before I drove it for a test drive. She personally delivered the car to me at my home this past Wednesday. She sat with me in the driveway and proceeded to make sure my phone was paired, and that I understood a large percentage of the technology features. She even paired the garage door opener. Something that no one has been able to do in the past! But the most unexpected and lovely touch was her gift to me of an orchid plant. It was so sweet and so unexpected and certainly not something that has ever happened to me when buying a car. I would recommend this dealership anytime wholeheartedly . It was a wonderful customer experience.

Thanh Nguyen was excellent to work with! This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from Audi Burlington and there was a reason for that. Thanh was our sales person both times and he is very easy and very professional to work with. He made the process simple and quick. Josh on the finance side was also great. When it came to do the paperwork he always provides the best option for what you're looking for. I'll be back agian. Thanks again and Thanh my wife loved the flowers.

After putting a down payment to reserve the (already in transit) new car, he kept me up to date on its shipping/arrival progress. The car was ready within 2 days of dealership arrival... Perfect.
