My experience here in summer 2017 was great. Staff were friendly and explained everything to me and made sure I was making the right decision for myself. When I initially called about the cost, the operator didn't let me hang up withouth telling me about the financial assistance they offer and I scheduled my appointment right then and there. I really felt looked out for in a scary time. Long waits happen because politicians restrict abortion access. Don't be mad at the clinic; fight back against unfair legislation.

I just recently went here and the staff was really friendly. i like the Clinic Manager, I think her name is Danny or something. She walked around checking on things and ask how our treatment from the staff was going. The wait is long but everyone was professional and nice!

I was here to get a procedure on Saturday July 13, 2018. My time here was okay and I give that a 3 rating. The food that the nurse gave me was much better and I give that a 4 rating. All of the people was nice in the front and in the back I give that a 5 rating. I did not mind the long wait because I expected to be here at least 5 hours anyway I give that a 4 rating. The price that I paid was 410.00 and I give that a 5 rating also. Overall my rating is a 5 for good service and a great procedure. I must say that I did not go for my follow up and all is well with me. Sara

CONFUSION...Had a procedure that went well & fairly fast so they get 1 Star bc the end MAIN GOAL is for that to go well The EXPERIENCE in the office is a ZERO. I called to discuss my concern for the reason & use of a medicine I was given. To my surprise the medicine was given to me unauthorized & in error SO INSTEAD of getting some good customer service for their CONFUSION & given me a peace of mind I got scolded about where I find my information. The older black lady who I believe is the Clinical Manager has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...VERY DRY if she is to be the face of this office talking to patients she NEEDS TRAINING even seeing her interact w/her subordinates she needs communication training.

NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!! I can’t even put into words how horrible this place is and unprofessional!! My experience was terrible from start to finish . They missed so many important steps. I was suppose to be given the rogam shot due to my blood type being negative. My blood was drawn but was never given the shot . I was suppose to be prescribed additional medication along with something for my nausea as well as birth control. It was not put in until the facility was closed ! I called numerous of times and my number as well as my mother and boyfriend was put on blocked ! I didn’t get my prescription until 8:00 at night and my appointment was at 8:30 that morning! My prescription for birth control was NEVER put in. I hate this place if I wasn’t already stressed enough due to the circumstances they only made matters worse!!! If I could give this place no stars I would!
