I had a great experience with this practice. Dr. Graddy is caring and thorough. He took a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. I even emailed to ask a medical question after seeing him and he promptly responded the next morning. This will be my place from now on. Great nursing staff as well.

I have been coming here for 3 years. The staff is great, but the time is takes to get things handle is utterly ridiculous. I know free clinics that move a lot faster than a facility that is taking health insurance and getting paid big time bucks. Something has to change or my facility will change.
This facility and staff are the best in Atlanta! I met Dr Rosenstock in 1993 before Absolute Care. He took care of my partner with HIV until he passed in 1994! The care was so, so wonderful! Back then he treated his patients to a Christmas dinner at a wonderful restaurant !! He was at my side until he passed. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and in 1996, and needed him for me! Great disbelief from him and his nurse, Mary! He was my doctor for many years while Medical Director. A few years ago he called me in his office to tell me he could not treat me anymore. Way too busy in his job and I was too well to take time away and also had some patients who really needed his care! He told me my doctor would be Dennis Melton MD. However, if I needed him, he would be there for me! Dr Melton has been wonderful ! His assistant, Wendy is the best!!!The entire staff is wonderful! My partner, after the one who passed, transferred to Dr Melton also! Be assured any of the large staff is there to assist. Keep in mind, they have their own lab and pharmacy in the building! And the best phlebotomist I have ever had take my blood! They also have an infusion room if needed! I was there for years for my monthly infusion of gammagobulin until my insurance switched to having it done at home. Note that Absolute Care also treats non HIV patients upstairs!
I love Katie Liang! She truly cares about the patients and is very professional and gives them the time that most doctors and NP's do not. I encourage everyone who's looking for true quality health care to visit Absolute Care in Atlanta, Ga.
This place is a disaster. I have been a patient since February. My entire health detoriated under their care. I was misdiagnosed and put on expensive unnecessary treatments. I am hurt and devastated by the horrific side effects of the treatment they prescribed. After leaving a positive review (at the request of the medical staff), I am revising it based on recent events. Between February and October 2020, I spent thousands in medical bills as a result of their \treatments\ and negligence. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Medical Board. I have been told by other specialists in town that they push certain treatments, especially IVIG (Privigen) to make money for their infusion clinic. Go elsewhere. Update: I was completely misdiagnosed and am now scheduled for surgery at a major medical center.
